THE USER GUIDE

Your first check starts here.

Follow these steps each time you screen a borrower or submit a reported account.

  1. Log in to your account

Open Log in and complete any verification requested. If your account is awaiting approval or you cannot sign in, contact your administrator.

  2. Screen the borrower

Go to Search Account → Screen Borrower. Enter an exact account or contact number, or a full or partial borrower name, then select Screen Borrower. This saves the screening outcome to your history. Use Filter to browse and narrow records.

  3. Review the result carefully

Select View to compare identity details, reporting branch, remarks, and case status. For a potential match, pause loan processing and verify with the appropriate reviewing unit. No match means no approved record matched the supplied details and filters; continue normal verification procedures.

  4. Submit a reported account when needed

Open Manage Account → Enroll Account. Complete the required account number, last name, first name, and fraud type. Add relevant details, remarks, and evidence, then select Submit Fraud Account. Attach up to 5 files, 10 MB each: PDF, JPG, PNG, Word, or Excel.

  5. Track the review and revisit your checks

Use Manage Account → Account List to track submissions and approval status. Only approved records are searchable across branches. Open Search Account → Screening History to revisit past checks.

Make every check count.

Verify names against other identifiers, clear unnecessary filters when rechecking, and share borrower information only with authorized personnel. Log out when finished, especially on shared devices.

GOOD TO KNOW

A little clarity
before you start.

Common questions about access, results, and record reviews.

Does a search match confirm fraud?

A match identifies a record that needs review. Compare the borrower’s details, read the case status and remarks, and verify with the reporting branch or reviewing unit. A name match alone does not establish identity.

Why is my submitted record missing from search?

Cross-branch search includes only approved fraud accounts. Check the approval status in Account List. Pending or rejected submissions will not appear in approved search results.

How are approval status and case status different?

Approval status shows whether the submission is Pending, Approved, or Rejected. Case status describes the reported case: Under Investigation, Confirmed Fraud, Blacklisted, or Cleared. Approval of a record does not mean every case is confirmed fraud.

What do administrators and reviewers do?

Authorized reviewers use Fraud Reviews to inspect submissions and approve or reject them. Subadmins can access all branches and use Add User to create regular users for any active branch. Subadmins can also approve or reject pending branch user requests through User Approvals and fraud submissions through Fraud Reviews. Full administrators manage branch changes and privileged accounts. Screening Activity and Audit Logs support follow-up.

What if I cannot access my account?

Use the password recovery option on the login page, or contact your administrator for account approval and access issues. Sessions expire after 10 minutes of inactivity; sign in again to continue.
